This month in the spotlight is the Community Manager, Brittany Dunning.

Brittany has been an outstanding Community Manager for the K at City Vista for over eight years. Her dedication and hard work make her an invaluable asset to the team. She manages every task with a cheerful outlook and is always willing to go above and beyond. Brittany constantly delivers high-quality work and excels in her role. Her commitment to excellence and her strong work ethic is truly deserving of this honor.

Here is something about Brittany that you may not know…

She is originally from California’s Bay Area. She moved to DC for college and attended Howard University. Brittany graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Culture. She is a member of the Metropolitan Baptist Church and the HU Alumni Association. Brittany enjoys volunteering for both throughout the year.
Brittany is a fur mom to a Cane Corso named Cali and two cats, Tux and Boots. Brittany stated, “It feels like they run the house at times, but I love them…LOL!” She likes to travel and explore unfamiliar places when she can. “This year, I’m going on a Caribbean cruise with my mom for her 70th birthday!” Additionally, she enjoys reading, crafting and outdoor activities. Brittany’s favorite hiking trail in the area is Maryland’s Billy Goat Trail.
Alberto Ramirez de Arellano commented, “As her Regional Vice President, I can say that it is a privilege to have her as part of the team. Brittany joined our family in January of 2007. She just celebrated her18th year service anniversary with us! Brittany has worked at several properties for us in DC and in Virginia.
