Employee in the Spotlight – February 2026

Ervin Nunez and Anthony Campbell, nominated by Steve Peacock, General Manager – Sumner Village Community Association for exceeding employee expectations, going above and beyond!

During the recent snow event, Maintenance Supervisor, Ervin Nunez and Maintenance Technician, Anthony Campbell demonstrated an extraordinary level of dedication and resilience. From the earliest hours of the storm, they worked tirelessly to clear snow from walkways, driveways, and roadways across the Sumner Village community. Their efforts ensured that residents could navigate the property safely during conditions that were both challenging and stressful.

Beyond the demanding physical work of shoveling and snow removal, Ervin and Anthony consistently went above and beyond by assisting residents with a variety of individual needs—whether helping someone reach their vehicle, delivering essentials, or checking in on those who required an extra hand during the harsh weather. Their steady presence, calm demeanor, and commitment to service made a meaningful difference at a time when many were facing uncertainty and discomfort.

Their actions not only kept the community functioning but also brought reassurance to residents when it mattered most. The level of teamwork, grit, and compassion they displayed is a true reflection of their character and an example of the exceptional service they provide every day.

Congratulations Ervin and Steve, you are February’s Employees in the Spotlight!
