Michelle Grayson began her career with Keymont Community Management as an Administrative Assistant in the Woodbridge, Virginia office, where she quickly distinguished herself through her professionalism and strong command of her role. Her performance led to an onsite position at the Spring Hill Senior Community in Lorton, where she spent several years working closely with the COA, HOA, and Condominium Boards to support a well-managed and cohesive community.

Michelle later transitioned into Portfolio Management and returned to the Woodbridge office, where she now oversees a diverse portfolio of associations. Her experience across multiple roles within KCM brings valuable perspective to her work and makes her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

In addition to her professional contributions, Michelle’s personality brings a unique energy to the office—something her team especially notices when she’s working remotely or enjoying a well-earned beach vacation.
