This month’s spotlight shines on Millie Cumming! Millie Cumming is the Executive Assistant in the Corporate office and has been nominated by numerous team members within our family. Millie started with us back in 2020, she directly supports the President, Lynn Kiley, and Jessica Gray, Client Relations Manager, in addition to helping many other team members behind the scenes. She is known in the office as a task master, is willing to jump in to help wherever needed and is truly a jack of all trades. Her willingness to support the team does not go unnoticed.
Millie’s “can-do” attitude is matched only by her dedication, work ethic, and genuine kindness. She’s incredibly resourceful, quick to solve problems, and never backs down from a challenge. Whether it’s coordinating complex tasks, managing multiple responsibilities behind the scenes, or simply stepping in when someone is overwhelmed Millie is the calm in the storm and the engine that keeps things moving. She’s also the heart behind many of our successful events, bringing creativity, warmth, and exceptional organization to everything she touches. Her attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to juggle so many moving parts are nothing short of impressive.
Millie may work behind the scenes, but her impact is felt throughout the entire team. Her professionalism, positivity, and team-first mentality make her more than deserving of this recognition.
