Rick Keiser is the maintenance supervisor at the Lake Braddock Community Association.  He has been a valued member of the Keymont team for over 11 years.  Rick is known for his strong work ethic and willingness to take on any challenge.  He constantly goes above and beyond for both the community and his colleagues.

At Lake Braddock Rick has literally and figuratively built bridges, strengthening connections between solving problems and finding solutions with a dependable can-do attitude.  Whether it’s operating a tractor, clearing a fallen tree, or lending a hand to a resident in need, Rick is always there and is ready to help.

A proud Army veteran, Rick, brings the same sense of dedication and service to his work every day.  He goes out of his way to get to know residents personally, even our four-legged furry friends, making everyone in the community feel recognized and important. 

No matter that circumstance, Rick approaches every task with dedication, care, and determination.  He has made and continues to make a lasting difference, and we are grateful for all he contributes to the Lake Braddock Community Association and Keymont.
