Taylor Gonzalez has been a critical part of our administrative team for two years now. Immediately after joining us, it became clear that Taylor was exactly what we needed to oversee our team of administrative assistants. Taylor’s positive attitude and persistent work ethic are the driving force for the team in our Corporate Office in Fairfax. She has reached “MVP” status by always being willing to assist anyone that needs it, regardless of who it is or what needs to be done, and is the definition of not just a team player, but a team leader. Her contributions are invaluable to all those that she helps, from other admins and managers to residents and Board members.

In her spare time Taylor enjoys hiking, going to the gym, and spending time with her family.
